This monthly SELF-CARE CLASS FOR WOMEN is held on Zoom on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.

A NOTE FROM JILL...
Hi there! I love to share all the things I integrate into my life regularly that provide safety, connection, + peace for myself in this messy world. Somatic (body-led) healing was pivotal in my healing journey as I recovered from C-PTSD back in 2020. Cognitive therapy and mindset work was not enough for me because so much body alarm (anxiety) + residual traumatic stress (emotional energy) was still stuck in my body. Learning how to release what was stuck inside and become equipped to guide my nervous system back to a regulated state was the key to my healing journey! Come experience this restorative class, invite inner peace, + allow me to hold space for you to safely explore this gentle loving reconnection with your self.
